01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bet399 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 02 Eligibility

To register and use bet399, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.

03 Account Registration

Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, same device, same IP address, or through any other method – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Casino and Crash Games Rules

08 Ludo Games Rules

Ludo games on bet399 are played between real human players. No bots or automated players are used in any Ludo cash game table. Players are matched based on a skill rating system that is updated after every completed game.

• Entry fees for Ludo games are deducted from your bet399 wallet at the time of joining a table and are non-refundable once the game has begun.
• If a player disconnects during a Ludo game, a 60-second reconnection window is provided. If the player does not reconnect within this window, the round is awarded to their opponent. This policy is fixed and cannot be appealed.
• Match results are logged automatically and can be reviewed in your game history. If you believe a result was recorded incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with support within 24 hours of the game ending.

09 Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity as described in Section 9
